Clare has been involved in Association management and sales and marketing for over 30 years. She was the chair of the Early Start Association of Zimbabwe, has worked for Round Table, consulted to associations on their marketing and event needs, has run numerous conferences.
Currently Clare is :

- Association Manager for the Southern African Home and Residential Alliance
- Project Manager for the Reside Summit -A residential property conference - www.resideconference.co.za
- Conference organising for the Labour Law & Compliance Summit and the Labour Law News Conference, held Annually.
Clare lives in Johannesburg and enjoys travelling, walking, tennis, reading, gardening, pilates, padel , bridge and entertaining.
